Event race name: Sâkasu no furîkusu

Description:A traveling circus which has been titled the greatest Circus to ever be made by many important people in the world. None know's how they seem to get around, but when they arrive to your town, this is not an event that you want to miss! Even though on the outside they seem like a perfectly normal circus, on the inside, they are filled with evil corrupt murderers and psychotic beings. Society had branded these people freaks, lunatics, and psychopaths. But the Ring Leader sees them as family.

Race's Home: "The Travelling Circus of Wonder"

Overview of Race:The members of Sâkasu no furîkusu were people that just happened to be caught up at the wrong place at the wrong time. They would be mutated by "Radiative Reiryoku." This would cause them to have above average abbilities than normal humans. They would later join the carnival to search for a new beginning in their life. Leading the freaks is the man known as the “Ring Leader”. He is the man who founded the Circus and runs all the basic shows for the Circus. He also watches the crowds for potential future members , to join his Group.

Race Groups:

Freaks: The most common othe Sâkasu no furîkusu. These members are those with both minor and extreme mutations, the freaks have the most Diversity in their group due to the fact that they are not limited to a certain form of combat due to the unknown probability of their mutations.The form can take a heavy change on their outer apperence or it can make a minor change.
Freaks Release Power: The Freaks have the power to further enhance their mutation (at rp lvl 15) The Mutation is permanent, but is not permanently ACTIVE. When the mutation is active the user gets a +3 to rp level. The freaks can further enhance(Rp lvl 20 required) this Mutation at the cost of their Sanity.This Enhancement causes a complete change in physical form.It can cause the user to go completely insane, but this one how ever is not permanent, however the insanity is.

Loonies: The Loonies are the Sâkasu no furîkusu who have no physical Mutation what so ever. They do how ever posses a mental mutation which may lead to many side effects. Including split personality, psychotropic behavior, and constantly seeing and hearing things that aren't really there. On the rare case that a loonie has none of these side effects, they will be able to use their power to its full extent. The mental mutations can range from, but are not limited to: the bending of objects at will, to effecting the senses of ones opponent.
Loonies Release Power: The Loonies release power is bassicly the same as the clown with diffrent aspects. It amplifies their mutation making them stronger. This mutation aplification can mean that somone who could make "Illusions" will be able to make their Illusions real things. Insted of fake pictures other people only see. This can be modified according to the user. It causes a Temporary increse to the madness of the user.

Clowns: The rarest of the Sâkasu no furîkusu. The clowns are weapon wielders and are the most fearsome of all the groups. Most clowns actually have a very twisted sense of humor involving blood, gore and dangerous stunts. The Clowns usually keep to themselves, being the fucked up people they are, but on a rare occasion there will be one who will be sane compared to his fellow Circus members.

Clown Release Power: Their release is based on strength itself, since they are brutal people. During the activation of their release the clown's weapon gains more power while in use. The release can be used to change the power of the weapon itself ,the shape, or the speed of it. This effect has no real draw backs for the Clown's due to thier lust for blood already being as it is ,unless the clown is sane. Inwhich case, he will become a blood thirsty monster upon use and will revert back once it deactivates.


Gifted: The Gifted are a rare group, to actually ever meet a gifted is a privledge on its own. The Gifted are considered ruthless murderers bent on killing and destruction. They are the most effected by the Mutation than any other group. The Gifted are usually the most psychotic of all, but they also have a bonus to their mentality problems. They have the traits of every single group, giving them immense power. This power can either be used for evil, or for the purpose of the show itself.

Advanced Mutation: The Gifted have an advanced form of Mutation in their bodie's which containes the racial genes for not just one group, but all the groups themselve's as well as a bonus to his physical attributes! This comes with a great side effect which, sadly, makes the Advanced Mutation almost useless to have. But one who has suffered through such will learn to either control it, or make its own illness its greatest weapon.

Release: The gifted have two choices for their Release state. The Gifted can choose to give up the power(0+ RP bonus level) of their Release for the cure to their Mental Issues. This effect is not permanent and will be a great hinderance to the user to constantly have to use to keep control. The second option is greater power (+5 RP bonus level) at the cost of even further madness. By doing so the Gifted will enhance his traits gained from the Advanced Mutation, but it will become a greater hinderance on him as well.


Racial Abilities
Avalible to All
Mutation: The basic building block of all the Circus member's. Each member has a mutation in them of some sort making them stronger, faster, smarter or just plain old crazy compared to normal human
**Mugation: The second form of the Mutation gene. This version of the gene cannot be obtained through brute power and training. This form is born onto somone when they recive thier Mutation powers (awarded to good rp'ers.)(+2 RP level Bonus)
Freaks only
Mutagen: The final form of Mutation power. This Mutation can only be obtained by the Freaks. This form is a cross effect of thier final relese form. With Mutagen it is possible to even be able to defeat the Clown Leader with enough power.(+2 RP level Bonus)
HIgh speed movement: Certin Freaks will be able to move at very high speeds. Each ones speed is based on thier Mutation. It is possible to reach a speed of an average Shunpo.
Loonies only
Mental contol: Loonies have the ability to control things using thier minds. Weither it be a physical object ,or even the sense of an enemy. However, their abillity is only limited to ONE control type.That means ,they can the control the sense of Sight ,but not the sense of Touch.Or control the use of manipulating objects. Such as, Steel, Bones, etc..But to control the object the material must be 100%( This Abillity does not apply to the Fortune Teller)

** it is possible to obtained both mutagen and Mugation as a Freak. The effects stack,but it is VERY rare for this to happen.


Racial Leaders:

Ring Leader: The leader of the Circus. He will be the main figure for this race. He is one of the "Gifted" however, he is a rare case of the Gifted race. He does not have any of the side effects that the star would under normal circumstances. The Ring Leader cannot turn away a human in need from his Circus if they requested. He may go up to any one he belives could be a possible group and offer them a place in his circus at anytime.(+10 RP level bonus)

Clown Leader: The strongest of all the clowns. He will be the Ringleaders second most valuble member. The clown leader is very adept in various choice of weapons, and should not be underestimated in either close nor long ranged combat.(+5 RP level bonus)

King of Freaks: The strongest of the Freaks. Due to the Freaks being the largest of the groups, he is not as strong as the other leaders. (+3 to RP level bonus)

Fortune Teller: The leader of the Loonies. As with all loonies, it posseses a mental mutation which grants it such 'gifts' as: Extrasensory perception, and limited future sight.Side effects of being a Fortune Teller include the following: They will frequently mistake the past or future as the present, resulting in unnecessary movements, spastic outbursts, and talking to people who are not there... Sometimes even in the midst of battle. Until released, the fortune teller is lacking in combat capabilities, its attacks consisting of spastic flails or occasional psychic lashouts. Upon release, the fortune teller would utilize tarot cards. Drawing them at random to determine the 'destined' attack.(+5 Rp level boost)

The Star: A rare member who seems to have the traits of all the groups. He is inflicted with a great side effect due to having such power. He will be greatly insane, constantly seeing things that aren't there, multiple personalities, loss of memory and possible mis conception of even the smallest things. The star seem's to be under some sort of slight coma untill the Ring Leader gives him the cue to begin "The Show". The Star can either be a blessing, or a curse for the Ring Leader.(+8 RP level bonus)

Possible races for Sâkasu no furîkusu:Human, Kidouless Shinigami (One allowed!)

** The Kidouless Shinigami will NOT be able to achieve Shikai, or Bankai. But, however, he will keep his Zanpakutou. This makes them effective Clowns.**
