Rules on the use of old custom Zanpakuto and Skills

From now on players will be able to make use of custom zanpakuto and skills to accompany this there will be a few rules.

1. Before using any skill or zan in game you MUST ask the permission of the original user.
2. If the original user no longer plays, you MUST ask the permission of an an admin.
3. The zan and skills you use must fit in with your race, so no shinigami using skills mean for Arrancar and vise verca.
