Inoue's offensive technique.

There's a problem with Koten Zanshun in that it can be spammed regardless of whether you're out of reiatsu. I've actually used it, looked, and had over -1k in reiatsu. I'd screenshot, but too lazy right now. Maybe later.

Silly boy. That's not a bug. It's perfectly alright to spam the same attack over and over again in a Bleach game. [/sarcasm]
