Addition for the Rewards

Usually at the later hours in EST, Staff is short handed..usually leaving a single member online to grade and watch the rewards fly by.
Some don't even roleplay because they need the exp, but can't get it. So, here is a suggestion on that.

-When one staff member is online, a command called "Self-Grade" is introduced.

Let it read the number of lines in a post, and determine if you will be allowed to "Grade" it.

If this verb finds it within reason, it will allow you to rate it as bad, moderate, good, excellent.

This is only my train of thought on that. It can get very lonely when trying to train and you have nothing to show for it. Namely making everyone stronger than yourself on a basis.

I agree with this idea. But, what if there are other staff members are, but they are "afk" and you are still alone?

Same deal. Then again, this applies mostly to nights and days where everyone just doesn't give a flying you know what.

I agree, this is ridiculous, having to wait for another staff member to grade our RPs, even if it means waiting to post them all until the staff come online, just to be ignored. There should be some sort of procedure(proc) to read the amount of words or characters in an RP, select a random few and check if they aren't gibberish, then give an option to grade self, even if it means sacrificing the excellent option and good option for just the two lower ones.

No. If you want to role play and find it unacceptable not to be able to reward yourself, don't be staff. I understand what you guys mean, but I have good reason for the no self-reward rule.

Staff usually gets figures and such anyway, so stat boost and the fact that, usually, there is more than one mod/admin online at a time, you should be fine with RP rewards.
