Req for Bankai.

I think that after a Shinigami obtains Shikai, they usually are always itching for Bankai. So I think that after a Shinigami obtains Shikai, the Captain Commander can approve when the Shinigami can start training for Bankai. I think that 20 may be a bit high as it is the cap. Of course they cannot start training STRAIGHT after they learn Shikai, but a few RP levels later and at the Commander's discretion I think it should work. Alternatively a Shinigami should reach RP level 15 and anytime between then and 20, the Commander can approve when they learn Bankai, but the lower the RP level the more training they have to do to actually attain Bankai.

This makes sense and would probably make things a little fairer.

The commander has always been able to grant Bankai to any person he wishes. That isn't new. For people that weren't granted Bankai, they have to get it at 20. We don't want the entire server running around with Bankai, but we're granting the opportunity for everyone to be able to get it.

I still think that the Bankai req should be 20 to don't let noobs have Bankai.Since Bankai is probably the strongest thing an Shinigami should have i think the req is good.But there is an more simple concept,just make an Shikai with many abilities if want power but make sure its not OP.
