Wipe Leaders

Wipe leaders are the people in charge of the wipe. They have the power to remove/add moderators to the team. They run the events in the server, have the power to grant custom shikais and bankais, and have the power to assign/replace the figures. So if you want to be a figure, you better get on their good side.

There's a new way to find out who the new wipe leader will be, at the end of each wipe, the person with the most votes on this topic. Vote carefully, you don't want a badmin in charge of the wipe, do you? Have fun voting.
