RP EXP rewards

One of the things that I see happening is that someone will post an RP that is "too big". The reason admins often tell players to limit the sizes of their RP's is due to the fact that they can only reward each RP so much RP and OOC EXP. A simple method of fixing this minor annoyance is to do away with pre-set RP rewards, and instead give the admins the ability to choose how much RP and OOC EXP to give based on the RP. Standards based on RP length and quality would have to be changed around, but for the most part, it should be a quick fix to the issue.

People will just type a 20 pages roleplay and earn RP level 20 in less than a day if we do that.
