Shinigami rules Empty Shinigami rules

These are the basic rules of the Shinigami while I am Captain Commander.

1) Do not ask OOCly for any type of position within the Soul Society (Captain, SC, etc). Everything must be RP'd and you will be awarded accordingly.
2) Skills such as shikai, bankai, and high leveled kido must be learned from the appropriate authorities.
3) When the Captain Commander enters an area, you are expected to kneel and render the appropriate greetings.
4) Lower level shinigami are to refer to Lieutenants, Captains, and the Captain Commander as "Sir or Ma'am" at all times unless otherwise instructed not to.
5) Souls or any other non-shinigami will NOT enter the Soul Society without permission from a seated shinigami (Lieutenant or Captain) or prior word of their arrival for figures.
6) Shinigami will not kill each other. If caught the punishment will be Execution unless ordered by Captain Commander.
7) Desertion from Soul Society for any reason, shall be immediately ordered an execution unless stated by Captain Commander Noctis.
Cool The book given to all trainees includes basic information on SS structure, Hollows, Kidou, Zanpakuto, and Shinigami life.
9) Noone is to be promoted to a shinigami by a Captain without appropriate RP, rendered acceptable by a Captain.
10) No trainee shall learn kido above level 10 without rp from an appropriate knowledgeable authority. Kido learned up to level 10 without rp with the appropriate authority will be miniscule in power until strengthened through proper rp approved by the correct authority.
11) Captains may not release Bankai within my barracks or in their immediate vicinity. Im tired of wipes where strong ass people blow shit up in SS.
12) Don't even bother asking for Captain until RP level 7, I will not have a bunch of shit weak captains running around.

Soul Society Structure: I will only begin with 6 squads, adding more squads and captains as needed.
1st Division- Administration and Executive Law
-Captain: Captain Commander Noctis Lucis Caelum
2nd Division- Internal/External Affairs
-Captain: Senior Captain Annastasia Crone (Interim CC)
3rd Division- Special Tactis and Stealth
-Captain: Captain Teiin Teikouryoku
4th Division- Healing and Kido
-Captain:
5th Division- Close Combat/ Melee and First Response Squad
-Captain: Senior Captain Ranju
6th Division- Research and Development
-Captain: Captain Eshaku Tatsura
7th Division- Military Experts/ Front Line Soldiers
-Captain: Captain Avainer Laref
8th Division- Barrier Control
-Captain: Captain
9th Division- Intelligence and Logistics
-Captain: Captain Hitake Tatsura

The stat system will consist of 5 skills, each having 4 tiers of focus.

Bakudo/ Healing Kido:
Tier 1 - You cant heal for shit, you can use minor healing kido, but its effectiveness and usefulness in battle is extremely limited. Your bakudo is very basic, only able to effectively use techniques like Sai.

Tier 2 - You are getting better. You can now use healing kido to cuts and bruises effectively in battle, as well as use more powerful bakudo up to level 30. However, each takes significant charge time and leaves you vulnerable until mastered.

Tier 3 - Okay, you are now becoming proficient in the use of Bakudo and Healing kido being able to set broken bones, heal minor cuts and bruises and such during battles at a quicker rate with less charge time. Your bakudo is becoming more powerful in binding power, even your weaker skills have decent binding power. You require less start up time for you bakudo allowing it to be used quite effectively in battle. Bakudo is available up to level 50.

Tier 4 - Okay fucking Hachi-wanna be. You are now able to learn master level Bakudo at a level of battle excellence. Your binding will be extremely difficult to escape, and your healing kido will allow you to rescucitate enemies mid-battle, still requiring time but not uber long. You will also gain the ability to use multiple bakudo and healing spells in rapid succession.

Shunpo:

Tier 1 - Will be slower than a normal arrancar Sonido, with large amounts of training with either me, or a SC/Captain, it can increase to the level where it matches a NORMAL sonido. You might as well kill yourself if this is your method of fighting.

Tier 2 - Will be the same speed of a basic sonido if not slightly, with training may reach the level of an experienced sonido.

Tier 3 - Will be the same to a master expert, with large amount of training will surpass that level slightly, not being overpowering faster, just -slightly- and i mean SLIGHTLY, dont think you can lolwarp around the person.

Tier 4 - Required for Onmitsu Shunpo and Unnamed Clone Shunpo . Will naturally be faster than expert Sonido though slower than master sonido slightly, with training may surpass it greatly, reaching a master Sonido level.

NOTE: Each 5 RP levels of difference between the shinigami and the foe, will count as a tier, meaning. If you have tier 3, and are fighting a arrancar with master sonido, 5 RP levels above, you will be slower than them.

Endurance:

Tier 1 - You are made of jello, slash slash and youre dead. Normal human's level of skin hardness and you cant take pain for shit.

Tier 2 - Ok, not so soft, you can tank low-level attacks, COMPARATIVELY. This means, if you are fighting someone of your own level, their weak-mild attacks will have trouble seriously damaging you. However, if you are fighting someone over your level, the higher they are the more pain and stamina it will take to endure.

Tier 3 - Your skin will be a bit tougher than a normal person's, you will be able to block weak attacks of non strength arrancar easily while being cut by a str based arrancar will be equivalent to a Tier 2 arrancar cutting a non defense shinigami.

Tier 4 - Zaraki level, You take pain like a beast and shrug it off, only the strongest attacks will cause effect. If you are fighting someone 5 RP levels above, their medium attacks will barely damage you, feeling like a normal attack to a non strength arrancar.

Note: If the person is 10 RP levels above, the tier increase effect will be of 1.5x.

Hado:

Tier 1 - Don't even bother attempting kido in a fight. You'll just give the enemy time to kick your ass. You can only use basic kido up to about 10 and even then their power is meager.

Tier 2 - Kido's are growing in strength and you are gaining the ability to use low level kido without incantation with less loss of strength for kido of about to level 10-15. Can learn kido up to 40.

Tier 3 - Now we're talking. Strong, will caused damage even if scraped, large explosions and fast-charging.Less loss of power on kido of about level 40 without incantation .Will be able to use hado up to about 60.

Tier 4 - Strongest of all, required for Kurohitsugi and Rikujokurou. Can easily counter a normal cero with kido , even being able to outpower them. Cero's such as cero oscuras will be equal to if not a tad stronger than these kido.

Strength:

Tier 1 - Strong as a normal-level arrancar, wont match strength based sonido unless 5+ RP levels above them, weak but not null.

Tier 2 - Normally strong for an shinigami, will have a mildly strong character, will match most arrancar, unless strength based.

Tier 3 - Will outmatch most arrancar, equals to strength based, overpowers if 5+ RP levels.

Tier 4 - Will overpower most opponents, easily matching those that are strength based, but will not be unbeatable physically, still can be matched. Your basically a god damn Kenpachi. Your ability to cut through low level hierro will be like a knife through butter.

The system will work this way, if a stat increases another has to decrease.

All tiers start at 1, and you get 6 points to spend, meaning you can have:

a) 3-2-2-2-2
b) 3-3-2-2-1
c)3-3-3-1-1
d)4-3-2-1-1
e)4-4-1-1-1

Noctis:
Str:3
Bakudo/healing:1
Hado:1
Endurance: 2
Shunpo: 4
