List of Bugs

Here is a list of bugs I know of:
Dying as a Sado, Inoue, or Quincy makes you a soul;
Sometimes you might not get Gran Rey Cero if you are Espada and level 50;
The hollow gate in Hueco Mundo requires a Hell Butterfly;
Sometimes after leveling and using stat points, using bankai resets those stats back a level.

GM Bug:
If you reward someone and the person reaches level 50, than the GM can actually name the Bankai. Probably similar to Resurrection.

GMs also get to select Inoue, Sado, None, and they can name the shikai at level 30.

Plus they get the boost of the person who wanted to become Inoue/Sado would have.

If you die while using Resureccion (Not sure about Shikai / Bankai) the Resureccion icon will remain permanently until you use Fix Self.
