Fullbring Name: Mark of Chaos (User: Kurara)

Fullbring Appearance: The Mark of Chaos appears to be a medium-sized pendant, minus any cordage to tie it around one's neck. It's in the shape of an eight-pointed star, with the bottom point of it being longer than the others. Several eyes gleam out of the pendant, which are immobile but still creepy, the whole thing appearing to be made of brass.

Upon activation, the object seems to yell and shriek, either just random screaming or yelling curses. It gibbers for several moments, before the star breaks away into Reishi. It then, after exploding out like this, seems to take shades of red and brass. There is a keening whirring sound, before an object materializes in Kurara's hands, a two-handed chain-axe seeming to appear like this, minus the skulls on the pommel:

Its anger and personality is actually a manifestation of the Hollow reiatsu which all Fullbringers carry. This causes the Fullbring to have somewhat of a personality, with no other aspects but the Hollow's narcissism, and its anger and rude nature.

Fullbring Abilities:

The Rending Rage: The chain-axe has a name of its own, which it seems to refer to itself as when it's not hurling expletives at everyone around in anger or whirring its chain belt louder than normal in anger. It calls itself the Rending Rage, in a sardonic parody of its predicament. It cuts like a normal Zanpakutou with its chainsaw belt, which is dotted with elongated, bladed teeth. This means its sharpness is also influenced by the Reiatsu of the user, meaning it seems blunt at lower levels, but is quite sharp when one's Reiatsu is strong. It always seems to rev the chainsaw belt when the handle is gripped with one or two hands, resulting in the blades spinning.

Porcupato: An odd play on the term 'porcupine', used by the Rending Rage when it's not so angry it won't perform this technique. Its blades spin at a rate where the noise is very, very loud for a moment, a deafening roar, then they seem to fly off their chain belt along with a hard swing by Kurara. They're released in a line along the direction of the swing, converging on a point of focus at the intended range. The axe accompanies this by screaming expletives in anger induced by pain. The blades are roughly as sharp as normal, but they fly at the speed of the average thrown weapon - You can see them fly, and dodge them if you're quick. Regardless of if they're blocked or hit, the blades return to the weapon once they hit something, be it the environment, a blocking device, deflected off the hand, or if they're caught or actually hit. If they go into flesh, they leave exactly the way they entered, leaving no further injury.

Mastered Fullbring Abilities:

I AM FUCKING ANGRY: At this point, the Rending Rage is grumpy enough to project a field of its own anger. This wave of pure anger emanates from -around- Kurara, and seems to explode out as a powerful shock wave, strong enough to send someone of equivalent power flying, and collapse buildings. As well as this, a spray of chain-axe blades, as per Porcupato, are released in all directions. This shockwave radiates out to around a twenty meter radius, the chain-axe blades dense throughout the air, in such a way that they project a killing sphere if one can't block their whole body from damage or retreat in time. The blades are just as sharp as they normally are, meaning that a strong Hierro -can- stop them with likely only small punctures. The shockwave can also be concentrated around the whirring blades for a single strike, creating an explosive output of the same power, but concentrated onto a small point, at the time of striking an opponent. This is like concentrating all the force of that shock wave onto the point of impact of the blade and releasing it out in a small area from there, all the energy going out into that area.
This technique is generally preceded with the blade whirring loudly and growling in anger, and is released along with an extremely loud curse from the weapon.

If you had to compare "I AM FUCKING ANGRY"'s shockwave to a Kido Level (1-100), which would you compare it to?

65-80. It is a 'final attack' sort of thing, after all. I'm assuming it uses a lot of Reiryoku.
