Weak hollows may speak, preferably in some effered up manner.
The stronger the hollow, the stronger its hunger.
Adjuucha and Vasto Lorde must be approved by me. Do not ask for me to start watching to approve you till you have at least RP level 10 for Adjuucha or 15 for Vastos.
Natural Arrancar ; only with my approval. May seem silly, but it's to keep arrancar population under control for the first little bit.
There are no special IC rules at this time. Post any questions about things yout hinks houdl be hollow-arrancar rules here.
