Technique Name: Reiatsu Blast

Technique Effects: The user will brace their right wrist with their left hand, and extend their index finger forward as if they are pointing. Half an inch from the tip of their finger, they are to focus their reiatsu. This technique's power is set proportional to the user's maximum reiatsu, and each blast equates to full power. However, there is no drain.

Instead, it utilizes 'ammunition'. The user may only fire four blasts per fight until they run out of 'ammunition', and need to spend a day to recharge.

The blast radius is proportional to the user's reiatsu, as is size.

Technique Name: Life Wave

Technique Effects:

After receiving captaincy of the tenth squad, Aurelia sought to expand upon her repertoire of capabilities. Destruction was all well and good, but more needed to be available to her... A more all purpose technique that was active whether she wished it to be or not.

The Life Wave is that technique. It is a solid orb of energy that the user creates within their soul, capable of removing it and transferring it to another if time is too short to teach it. It grants regeneration near the level of high speed regeneration, and allows the user to heal their allies with the same effectiveness as the keikatsu spell. More energy put in, more effective the healing.

The technique has an offensive capability which completely expunges all of the user's energy. Through the medium of a punch or kick, a horrendously powerful blast of energy will ensue and render both the user, and most likely the target, incapacitated or dead.

Bonuses:

Acts as +4 high speed regen
Grants final attack that utilizes all of the user's reiatsu.
Can be taught.
