Teiin Teikouryoku
Zanpaktou Name: Kabutomushi. (Beetle.)
Zanpaktou Call: Haaden Anata no Shixeru ha. (Harden your Shell.)
Zanpaktou Bankai Name: Kamino Niwa. (God's Garden.)
Zanpaktou Type: Physical, Reiatsu draining.
Zanpaktou Spirit Form Appearance: Kabutomushi looks a gigantic beetle and has a beard which goes down to his waist (if beetles even have waists but you get the point). He always has a walking stick in his little beetle hands and is incredibly wise. In Kamino Niwa, the spirit form changes to hundreds of beetles that are normal sized crawling around a tall human male with white robes. The beetles are incredibly light brown so that they don't ruin the colour of his robes as they crawl on him. He has long white hair and a long white beard just like in shikai. It is like Kabutomushi is a man with a beetle inside him and the beetle is set free when bankai is used and he becomes a god-like man.
Shikai
In Shikai, the blade changes so that it is a green/brown metallic colour and two horns are formed symmetrically outward at the tip of the blade, facing away from eachother. Other than that it is the same shape as a normal zanpaktou. It's abilities are that if it slices someone, it absorbs reiatsu from them. If the user thrusts the sword outward and it impacts with something then the reiatsu it has absorbed is discharged forward from the horns. The amount that is absorbed depends on how strong the opponent is and the discharge is also as strong as how much reiatsu is absorbed and how strong the thrust is. The discharge does not require reiatsu from the user because it is using the absorbed reiatsu. This is a physical shikai because the discharge is coupled with how strong and fast the user can thrust the sword into their opponent and it does not require them to have a large amount of reiatsu initially. It absorbs about 0.2% of their total reiatsu per slash but can also absorb reiatsu through clashing with someone elses zanpaktou considering it is a part of them.
The discharge can only be used when the Shikai has been mastered.
Bankai
This is a little complicated. The bankai needs to be initiated by physically sticking their sword into the ground. Cracks will appear and grass will keep growing from them while a large, white opaque cube surrounds both people. It will be about 100x100x100 metres. When the white cube has surrounded them, the only way to escape is either if the opponent has a ridiculously higher reiatsu level to break the cube or if one of them is put unconscious. Not even the user can cancel the bankai. In the grass, which continuously grows until it reaches the ceiling, are thousands of minuscule beetles that cannot be seen because they are so small, that latch onto you as you progress through the fight. The beetles drain both the user and the opponents physical energy during the duration of the fight and only stop when either of the fighters have been defeated and are unconscious. The user has his shikai available to him. This puts both fighters in a death match in which the time limit depends on both of their physical endurance and strength levels. Reiatsu is not affected by the beetles, they only drain you physically but the users shikai has the ability to drain your reiatsu if you are hit by it. The user and the opponent are basicly in a fight between who can last the longest, based on their physical strength. A more kidou-based character would have trouble lasting aslong as the user but their abilities would also combat the situation considering their reiatsu would not be drained except if they are hit by the users sword and so, they could overpower him considerably. Fighting more than one opponent would not work because if one is rendered unconcious then the bankai will end and the cube and grass will both disappear. The grass constantly grows until it reaches the ceiling so trying to fly would not protect you from the beetles which can also fly. The more you move, the more the beetles will be attracted to you. The tall grass is as durable as a zanpaktou blade but is unbelievably flexible, like vines. The bankai is designed to pit two people in a physical deathmatch against eachother.
The bankai can only be used once because the user is physical based and it would take up too much reiatsu. It can be used twice when mastered in a row but probably wouldn't be considering after fighting in it you would be exhausted unless using Kamino Hogo which I will explain next. When the bankai is mastered, the user also gains an ability to cause all the beetles to use the energy they have drained from both fighters and attach themselves to him, to create samurai armour called 'Kamino hogo.' (God's protection.) which defends greatly against physical and reiatsu-based attacks at the cost of stopping them from draining the energy from both fighters. This ability is like changing from an offensive mode to a defensive mode. It also gives him the ability to shoot white cero-like beams out of the tip of the users sword using the energy drained from both people called 'Kamino handan.' (God's judgement.) The downside is that the user would have to use the armour at the start of the battle if he expected to be able to fight at his full potential but the armour/beams would be weak considering hardly any energy was drained. If the armour was to be used successfully then it would have to be later in the fight when a lot of energy had been obtained but the user would be tired and weak from a long arduous fight.
The armour is only capable of being used when the Bankai is mastered and it is like a defensive mode which is the true form of the 'Kamino Niwa'.
Edit: The energy taken from both people is preserved in the bankai so it can be used again, but over time the energy left in it bleeds away as it isn't used and eventually it is left with nothing.

Re: Teiin Teikouryoku
This is...so confusing. I like the idea of your bankai though, in a way its similar to a byakuya bankai +Physical drain. Giving both the user and the enemy the physical drain reduces the OP'ness greatly. Though I don't like the idea that it retains energy after every use. You should have it retain the energy but only for a certain time. For example, over time the energy left in your bankai would bleed away as you don't use it eventually leaving it with nothing.
Well if you can make those changes then its Approved.

Re: Teiin Teikouryoku
Alright, I kind of added that bit in quickly because some other guy said it and I thought it was a good idea. I didn't really think it over though but your idea is a whole lot better. Remember that I have to master my bankai before I can even utilize the energy and even then I can't use my bankai constantly or for an almost indefinite amount of time like most people. Thanks.
