Week 1 :Find and train all Fullbringers, begin to tell humans of the soul society and the soul reapers.

Week 2 :Begin to organize the Fullbringer population into an army dedicated tot he protection of the Humans, also establishing himself as commander and chief and assigning Lieutenants.

Week 3 :Begin to hold "Hollow awareness" meetings for the human population of Karakura town.

Week 4 :Have a town wide "Demonstation" of the FullBringer army's power by slaughtering half the Karakura town population.

Final Week :Declare himself emperor of the Human's, challenging the soul society and anyone else to oppose him.
